We have a no smoking and pets policy in the cottage.

We'd appreciate it if children under 16 were supervised by their parents/guardians in the property.

Please close all windows and lock the front door when you leave the property as we'd rather not have any unwelcome visitors. I know its a pain but if you could also clean any dirty dishes too it would really appreciated.

The internet connection is available (at no extra cost) subject to technical availability.

Please treat the cottage with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could replace them or advise us before you leave. 

If keys are not returned at the end of your stay, then unfortunately the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
